Help the Haverhill Association with Community Projects

Our association relies on volunteers from our community. It is our hope that all of our residents will take a turn at helping keep our community great!

Miscellaneous Community Needs:

The board is currently looking for people willing to do small PAID projects around the association. The most immediate need is quick replacement of mailbox standards as they are damaged by vehicles this winter. If you have expertise and skills to offer, please contact Ray Hopper.

We're also looking for individuals willing to serve on a temporary capital improvements task force. These individuals can assist the board with evaluating our assets (such as tennis courts, play structures, bridges, etc.) and determining timelines and associated costs for long-term maintenance and possible future replacement. If you think you can assist with this project, please contact us via email at info@haverhillofcoventry.com, or contact any board member!

open Board Positions (voting members of the Haverhill board):

Vice President, Area Director

open Non-Board Postions (Non-voting, board appointed postions):

Website Maintenance and Newsletter Publisher: We have an IMMEDIATE need for a person to take over on putting together our association's printed newsletter. We are also seeking someone to maintain our current website with current news and information. (Duties can be split between multiple people). This is potentially a PAID position.

Activities Director and Committee Members
– Activities committee members are responsible for planning and coordinating association-wide events, such as the annual picnic, garage sales, etc.

Maintenance Director – the maintenance director coordinates current and ongoing maintenance projects, as well as obtaining estimates and quotes for projects requiring professional/licensed contractors.

Architectural Committee Members - The architectural committee is responsible for ensuring the harmony of the external design in relation to surrounding structures and topography for all association properties (In other words, this committee makes sure our association stays looking good). All exterior changes to your residence - including plans for fences, room additions, play structures, or any other structural changes must be approved in writing by this committee.
