Help the Haverhill Association with Community Projects

Our association relies on volunteers from our community. It is our hope that all of our residents will take a turn at helping keep our community great!

OPEN BOARD POSITIONS (VOTING MEMBERS OF THE HAVERHILL BOARD):

Area Directors (see list of members for open areas)

OPEN NON-BOARD POSITIONS (NON-VOTING, BOARD APPOINTED POSITIONS):

Activities Director and Committee Members – Activities committee members are responsible for planning and coordinating association-wide events, such as the annual picnic, garage sales, etc.

Maintenance Director – the maintenance director coordinates current and ongoing maintenance projects, as well as obtaining estimates and quotes for projects requiring professional/licensed contractors.

Architectural Committee Members – The architectural committee is responsible for ensuring the harmony of the external design in relation to surrounding structures and topography for all association properties (In other words, this committee makes sure our association stays looking good). All exterior changes to your residence – including plans for fences, room additions, play structures, or any other structural changes must be approved in writing by this committee.

MISCELLANEOUS COMMUNITY NEEDS:

We’re also looking for individuals willing to serve on a temporary capital improvements task force. These individuals can assist the board with evaluating our assets (such as tennis courts, play structures, bridges, etc.) and determining timelines and associated costs for long-term maintenance and possible future replacement. If you think you can assist with this project, please contact us via email, or contact any board member!
