Haverhill of Coventry is a beautiful community of 363 homes in southwest Fort Wayne. We are located in a quiet residential area that is close to many excellent businesses, restaurants, schools, and health care providers. When you purchase a home in Haverhill, you become a member of the Haverhill Community Association, which is governed by a volunteer board of neighborhood residents.
Haverhill of Coventry is located within the Fort Wayne city limits, which gives us access to many city services such as curbside recycling pick-up, fall leaf collection, and the services of the Fort Wayne Fire and Police departments. We are also located in the Southwest Allen County School district with excellent elementary, middle and high schools in close walking distance for students. The Allen County Public Library branch is also just a short distance by car, bike, or on foot. There is a huge range of commercial, cultural, and natural attractions close by via excellent streets, sidewalks, and a trail system that extends through the city for walking and biking.
Regular events for Haverhill include spring and fall association-wide garage sales and monthly board meetings open to all members (held on the second Thursday of the month at 7:00 pm). Other activities are available to plan by the activities committee; please let us know if you have an interest in serving on this or in any other area of leadership.
