A letter has been sent to each Haverhill resident regarding the board’s intention to hire The Newcomb Group (TNG) to manage much of the financial, administrative, and maintenance business of the association.  It should arrive Sept. 30 or October 1.  If somehow you were missed in the mailing, attached is a copy of that letter.  Letter to Residents
